Cranberry Jam (cranberry Jam)
1.
Wash fresh cranberries and pick out the rotten fruits
2.
Put in the bread bucket
3.
Add caster sugar
4.
Squeeze juice from half a lemon
5.
Add water and run a jam program
6.
If it doesn’t feel very thick, you can pour the jam into a saucepan over medium heat and simmer for a while
Tips:
1 The freshly made jam does not seem to be thick, but in fact it will become thicker when it is allowed to cool. Don't boil the jam too thick all at once.
2 In fact, the cranberry itself is already very sour. If you just make a little bit of it, you don’t need to add lemon. The addition of lemon is antiseptic, and the jam can last longer.
