Cranberry Milk Candy

Ingredients: 150g whipped cream, 75g caster sugar, 24g water malt, 60g dried cranberry

Dried cranberries, finely chopped and set aside

Pour all the milk candy ingredients into the pot, heat it over medium heat, and keep stirring until the liquid is thick and light brown. Remove from the heat.

Add cranberry crumbles and stir quickly to combine. Use a lid as a mold, pour milk candy, shape and roll it flat, put it in the refrigerator until solidified, take it out, demould, and cut into small pieces with a knife.

Wrap in sugar paper
Tips:
When boiling the sugar, stir constantly to avoid burning the bottom of the pot.
Dried cranberries can also be replaced with dried fruits such as raisins.
The prepared candies can be stored in an airtight container.
