Cranberry Nougat
1.
Prepare the ingredients: 200g chives-flavored soda cake, 120g marshmallow, 50g butter, 40g milk powder, 60g cranberry;
2.
Break the scallion-flavored soda biscuits into half and set aside;
3.
Put the butter in a non-stick pan, and heat the hot pot at 300-600 watts on the induction cooker until it melts;
4.
Pour in the marshmallows and continue to heat and stir until the marshmallows melt;
5.
After the marshmallows are melted, stir evenly with the butter, pour in the milk powder, and stir evenly;
6.
The pot at this time should be very clean and not sticky everywhere;
7.
After the induction cooker is turned off, pour in the dried cranberries and stir evenly;
8.
What needs to be reminded here is that when you are sandwiching the biscuits, the nougat in the pot should be stirred occasionally, because the nougat just after the pot has residual temperature, if it is not stirred, the bottom will turn yellow, which is equivalent to giving the cow again The rolling sugar is heated, and such nougat will also cause the biscuits to not draw well;
9.
Take a soda cracker, the green onion soda cracker I used, use a small spoon or a tool that you find convenient, pick a little cranberry nougat and put it on the biscuit;
10.
Take another biscuit and press it on, press it once, and the production is complete. Isn’t it super easy?
11.
The drawing effect of cranberry beef pie is better when it is hot than when it is cold!

Reminder: In winter, the sugar hardens faster. The filling speed here should be as fast as possible. If the sugar is not so soft because it is too slow, it is not so soft and it is not easy to sandwich. I would rather not reheat the sugar (try to insert it as much as possible) ) Soften it, which is equivalent to sautéing the marshmallow again. Although it was soft at the time, it will be harder when it is cold, especially the next day, it will be so hard that you can't bite it!
Because of the low temperature in winter, the fillings of beef pie filled for two days will be harder. You can put them in the microwave for a few seconds before eating, so that the fillings will become softer!
Tips:
The fire is low throughout the whole process. After the nougat is fried, the action must be quick, otherwise the nougat will become cold and hard. If the action is slow and the nougat becomes hard, you can turn it on a small fire and heat it up!
