Cream Cheese Frosting
1.
Grinding powdered sugar (I used two hundred grams of white sugar and 20 grams of cornstarch to beat, and take two hundred grams of powdered sugar)
2.
Soften the cream cheese and smooth it with a spatula
3.
Whip the cream cheese until it expands and turns white
4.
Add softened butter (my microwave-heated butter melted accidentally so it looks a bit thin)
5.
Start adding powdered sugar, this is the state of adding 100 grams, the whisk does not feel resistance
6.
After adding two hundred grams, the whisk obviously felt resistance, and the dripping pattern disappeared after a while when the whisk was lifted (I am thinner than the original tutorial)
7.
Add a teaspoon of milk, I didn’t have vanilla extract
8.
The finished product is like this, it will be a little hard after refrigerating overnight, and then it can be used to wipe the surface or decorate the flowers.
