Cream Ice Cream

Prepare ingredients: 250 grams of whipped cream, 200 grams of milk, 50 grams of powdered sugar, 2 egg yolks.

Add two-thirds of the egg yolks with powdered sugar and mix well.

Weigh 200 grams of milk into the pot, pour in the stirred egg yolks, stir well, simmer on low heat, and do not boil. (Turn off the heat when bubbling on the side) Let cool.

Add 250 grams of whipped cream to the remaining powdered sugar and beat into a solid.

Add the whipped cream to the cold egg yolk milk.

Stir well, cover with plastic wrap, (for fear that ice water may enter and affect the taste of ice cream), put it in the refrigerator and freeze for more than 5 hours.

Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out a few balls.
8.
Sprinkle some chocolate sauce and start eating. It's very ice, in winter, eat a little bit every day~·
