Creamy Heavy Cheesecake

Prepare the ingredients and melt the cream cheese in advance.

Put cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and eggs in an egg beater.

Stir until the sugar melts.

While stirring, add whipped cream.

Sift in low-gluten flour.

Use a rubber knife to stir evenly until there is no particles.

Pour the cake batter into the mold.

Use tin foil to wrap the bottom of the mold so that there is no gap.

Put water in the baking tray and bake in a water bath.

Adjust the Dongling smart oven to a time of 1 hour, with 60 degrees of heating and 155 degrees of lower for baking.

After baking, take out the cake, let it cool for a while, and then put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then it can be demoulded and cut for consumption.

2. Using water bath method for baking production.
3. Since the water bath method is used, a layer of tin foil should be added to the bottom of the mold to prevent water from penetrating into the cake during the baking process.
