Creamy Virgin Fruit Cake

Cut the preserved fruit into small cubes and set aside.

Take 110 ml of milk and pour it into a large bowl.

Put about two spoons of ketchup and sugar into the milk and stir well.

Sift the flour into the milk and stir to form a paste.
5.
Add the diced preserved virgin fruit and stir evenly.
6.
Preheat the electric baking pan, add a little olive oil, scoop the batter and spread it into a cake shape and fry on both sides.
Tips:
Add the amount of sugar according to personal taste.
