Creative Cheese Biscuits

Prepare ingredients.

Add cream cheese to fine sugar and beat with an electric whisk at low speed until it is smooth and non-grainy.

Melt the whipped cream cheese in water, and stir gently with a manual whisk.

Put the butter that has softened at room temperature into an oil-free and water-free container, and beat at low speed until the color becomes lighter. Add the egg yolk liquid in portions to make the butter slowly absorb the egg liquid.
