Creme Brulee

All the raw materials to be used are preheated to 150 degrees in the oven

Put the baking cup and baking tray in the oven at 150 degrees and bake for 30 minutes, being careful not to overbake

Put the pudding in the refrigerator for 2 hours to 2 days. Take it out of the refrigerator when you want to eat it. Sprinkle a small spoonful of sugar on the surface of the pudding in the baking cup. Then turn the baking cup to make the surface of the pudding coated with sugar. Pour out the sugar, and finally use a spray gun to spray a few centimeters away from the pudding. Pay attention to it, because the speed of the spray gun caramel is very fast
