Crispy Golden Hammer
1.
Ingredients: 5 wing roots, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of starch, 1 cup of bread crumbs (a cup of tortoise paste); seasoning: Heinz tomato sauce
2.
Cut one end of the wing root in a circle with a knife, then push it down and turn it over
3.
Pour in the oil first, and beat the eggs in a bowl.
4.
Put the wing roots in the egg liquid and roll it around
5.
Put the starch and roll in a circle.
6.
Add the egg liquid and roll again
7.
Add the breadcrumbs and roll it in a circle
8.
Place the rolled breadcrumbs on an oil-free and water-free dish for later use
9.
Bring the oil to 60% heat, put the wing roots into low heat and fry slowly for 8 minutes, then turn to high heat and fry for 4 minutes to remove
10.
Use oil-absorbing paper when removing it to absorb the excess oil. Dip it in tomato sauce and taste no worse than KFC's.
Tips:
1. Choose a small and deep pot, which can save a lot of oil;
2. The egg liquid must be fully dipped, otherwise it will not stick to powder or bread crumbs;
3. When the bread crumbs are rolled, pinch it with your hands to avoid falling during frying;
4. Don't choose wing roots that are too big, or they won't be easy to cook
5. Use a toothpick to pierce the last place of the meat and pull it out without mucus and it is almost cooked;
6. Slow frying on low heat can be cooked first, but the high fire is to force out the grease inside.
