Crispy Mixed Milk Melon

1. Wash the three small milk melon roots.

2. Remove the pedicles of the small milk melon and cut into semi-circular slices.

3. Shred the red pepper and mince the garlic.

4. Put sugar and salt into the small milk melon slices, marinate in a ratio of 1:4 for two minutes, then pour in the minced garlic and red pepper shreds, mix well with natural fresh, mature vinegar, pepper oil, and sesame oil.
