Crispy Plum Fish

1. Remove the scales and internal organs of the fish, wash and control the moisture.

2. Put the fish in a deep pot, add green onion, ginger, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt, stir, and marinate for 20 minutes.

3. Add oil to the pot, about 1/3 of the pot oil, when heated to smoke, add a little salt to the pot, put the fish in it and start frying. Turn it over and continue frying when one side is browned, and you can fish out both sides.
