Crispy Roasted Bream

Wash and dry the bream, spread a thin layer of cornstarch on both sides

Tips:
This fish is not marinated in advance, so the fish is relatively tender and light, but the fried shrimp is salty and fresh, and it is just right with the light fish. It is a very good match.
