Crispy Seaweed

Beat the eggs into a container, add a small amount of salt, tempura powder, and oil, and beat them into a mixed egg liquid with chopsticks

Gently put the seaweed into the container with egg liquid and slide it over so that it is evenly dipped in the egg liquid

Hot pot with hot oil

Put the seaweed dipped in egg mixture into a pan and fry on low heat until golden brown on both sides. Turn to high heat to force out the oil before out of the pan, remove the oil to control, and grind in black pepper.

Cut into long strips with scissors and put them on the table
