Crystal Cabbage Sydney Soup

Prepare ingredients: cabbage, Sydney, lotus root, lemon, rose, cornstarch, sweet-scented osmanthus

Wash the cabbage, take the stems and dice

Peel and dice Sydney

Fresh lotus root, peeled, cut into diced lotus root

Lemon juice, set aside
6.
Blanch the lotus root in boiling water

Diced cabbage stems, diced Sydney, and blanched lotus root, soak in lemon juice together

Dried roses soaked in water

Take the petal part of the soaked rose and set aside

Dilute cornstarch with water

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and boil

Pour in the diluted cornstarch and mix well

Add appropriate amount of sugar osmanthus and stir well

Pour the marinated cabbage stems, diced Sydney, and lotus roots into the pot

Boil again

Turn off the heat, put it in a glass bowl, sprinkle with rose petals
Tips:
1. When making this dessert, do not use an iron pan, it will affect the color of the finished product
2. It is recommended to use a glass bowl as the container to show the crystal clear soup
3. The lotus roots should be blanched beforehand
