Crystal Jelly

1. Mix the granulated sugar and jelly powder evenly, then add boiled water and black cherry juice to cook together, turn off the heat after turning it on, and then set aside to cool to about 60°C.

2. After waiting patiently to 60°C, add apricot pectin and mix evenly, pour these things into the jelly mold, and then add an appropriate amount of black cherries.

3. Put the jelly mold in the freezer of the refrigerator. After refrigerating for about 2 hours, it can be demoulded and eaten.
