Cucumber Gluten with Xo Sauce

Wash a piece of gluten and set aside.

Peel off the cucumber, place it on the panel and pat it with a knife, and cut into sections for later use.

The gluten pieces can be torn by hand or cut into pieces with a knife. My feeling is that the gluten pieces taste better than those cut with a knife.

Smash the garlic and ginger together into a puree, put it in a seasoning bowl, add sesame oil, fresh shellfish, and cold sauce. Because the seasoning contains enough salt for dishes, there is no need to add additional salt.

Pour the well-stirred seasoning into the bowl where the vegetables are mixed, and blend the seasoning with the dishes again.

Put the mixed dishes on a plate, drizzle with sesame oil, and sprinkle with XO sauce before serving.
