Cucumber Meatball Soup

Cucumber peeled and cut into thick slices, cut flowers with a mold

Cut and set aside
3.
Pork froth, green onion, ginger, salt and egg, mix well
4.
Use a spoon to scoop out small balls
5.
Boil the water in the pot and open the meatballs one by one.

Add the cucumber and cook for three minutes
Tips:
Beat an egg with the minced meat so that the meatballs will not fall apart and taste tender and fragrant.
