Ingredients

Cumin Lamb

1. Lamb sliced and set aside

2. Wash coriander and drain, cut into small pieces for later use

3. Coriander cut and spread

4. Shred the onion and place the parsley on top. Set aside

5. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the bottom of the pot to heat

6. Add lamb and stir fry

7. Stir fry the lamb until its color changes, add some salt and continue to fry

8. After stir-frying without water, add cumin seeds and stir-fry to create a fragrance (you can also add some cumin powder and chili powder). Season with a little salt. The taste is right and ready to be out of the pot. Don't put chili when the child eats it.

9. The fried lamb is served on a plate with cilantro and onions

10. Finished picture

Tips:

The raw coriander and onion I put here, if you don’t like raw, you can stir-fry them in oil and spread them.
