Cumin Lamb Pizza

1. Lamb shoulder is cut into cubes and marinated with light soy sauce, cornstarch, olive oil and cumin powder for preparation

2. Pour in the right amount of olive oil in the hot pan, and pour the marinated lamb shoulder.

3. Fry until the color changes, add a pinch of cumin and salt.

4. Stir-fry evenly before serving.

5. Put the pizza base in the baking dish and coat it with tomato sauce.

6. Sprinkle another layer of cheese.

7. Shop the fried lamb shoulder meat.

8. Spread the green and red peppers and onion slices on top.

9. Put four slices of cheese that you usually use to make sandwiches.

10. Put the baking tray into the preheated oven, set 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.

11. After taking it out, put a layer of cheese on it.

12. Continue to bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
