Spicy and Tender Lamb Shoulder

First cut the lamb shoulder into granules, marinate it with cumin powder, cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar, and cooking wine for preparation.

Cut the onion, sweet pepper, and cucumber into cubes.

Pour an appropriate amount of olive oil ink in a hot pan, pour the marinated lamb shoulder and stir fry over high heat.

Fry until the color changes, add the bell peppers and fry for a while.

Pour the onion and cucumber and stir fry together.

Add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of XO sauce and stir fry evenly.
7.
Add an appropriate amount of cumin and continue to stir-fry evenly.

Finally, add coriander to turn off the heat.
