Fried Lamb with Orange

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the lamb into slices.

After cutting it, put it in clean water and wash it four to five times. Add starch and cooking wine, grab it with your hands and wash it, repeat 2 times.

Drain the water, add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine starch, stir evenly, and then add a small amount of oil to stir evenly.

Peel the oranges and cut into small pieces. Cut the green and red peppers.

Heat oil in a pot, add red pepper and mutton and fry until cooked.

Add green peppers and stir fry.

Tips:
Lamb must be rinsed with water to get rid of the flavor.
