Cured Duck Claypot Rice

Prepare all kinds of raw materials

Wash the rice well, add an appropriate amount of water, add a teaspoon of oil, mix well, and soak for one hour

Put the cured duck legs in a pot, add a proper amount of water, boil on high heat and cook for about 10 minutes

Remove the cooked cured duck legs, rinse, drain, and chop into pieces; slice the sausages and shred ginger

First brush a layer of oil on the bottom of the clay pot

Cover the pot with the lowest heat. Rotate the clay pot every one or two minutes, so that every part of the bottom of the clay pot can be evenly heated. Don't heat one place all the time, it will cause the bottom to become muddy.
