Curry Beef Pastry Mooncakes

Chop the beef into fillings, chop it by hand, don’t chop it too much. Don’t use a meat grinder, it’s too broken

Chopped onion and garlic

Put olive oil in the pan, add garlic and fry until fragrant, add chopped onions and fry until the onions become transparent

Chop the onion aside and add the meat filling

Stir fry until the meat slightly changes color

Stir fry with onion and evenly

Stir-fry until the curry is completely melted and wrapped evenly, let cool and set aside

Take a sheet of puff pastry, roll it into a slice about 2 mm thick, and cut it into a lace circle with a cake mold. I don't have a big lace cutting mold, so I used this mold instead.

Cut out piece by piece, put curry beef filling on the puff pastry

Cover with another piece of leather and press it tightly

Put it in a baking tray after making it, brush the surface with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds or melon seeds

Preheat the oven at 170 degrees for 5 minutes. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
