Curry Beef Rice

Chop garlic, onions, apples, tomatoes, and dice potatoes, carrots, and beef

Butter hot pan, add garlic and saute until fragrant

Stir-fry with onion and tomatoes

After adding water, put all other ingredients in the pot and add curry powder

The beef is put at the end. I use beef tenderloin, which is easier to cook. If the sirloin is cooked, it needs to be simmered before adding it.

Add rice, perfect match, start to eat
Tips:
1. The beef should not be too old to bite. I recommend using sirloin
2. Stew on a low fire, not easy to stick to the pot
3. Add an apple to taste sweeter
