Curry Chicken

1. Wash chicken wings and roots, wash and cut onions, carrots, peppers, and cucumbers for later use;

2. Add an appropriate amount of olive oil to the hot pan, heat slightly and pour in the onion slices;

3. Fry the onion until it becomes soft and transparent and fragrant;

4. Pour the chicken wings root;

5. Stir-fry evenly, continue to fry until the roots of the chicken wings become yellow

6. Pour other ingredients and stir fry;

7. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes and add that the ingredients have not been used before, boil on high heat and turn to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes;

8. Add curry cubes;

9. Stir with a spatula to melt the curry cubes;

10. On high fire, keep stirring with a spatula to avoid sticking to the pan;

11. When the soup becomes viscous, continue to heat up the saucepan over high heat.
