Add water to the fish balls, turn on the fire

Add curry cubes when the water is boiling, turn to low heat when the curry cubes melt

When the soup is thicker, add coconut milk and continue to simmer over low heat

Turn off the heat when there is a little curry sauce left. If you can continue to soak the fish balls in the curry sauce for more than 2 hours, the taste will be better.
Tips:
1. Coconut milk can make the curry juice more mellow, it will be better if you change to coconut milk, because the coconut milk will still be a bit sweeter
2. It is recommended to choose a smaller fish ball, otherwise it will be bigger after soaking
