Curry Redneck Beans

Wash the soybeans well and soak them in cold water for more than 2 hours. When the soybeans become large and plump, the soybeans are soaked, and they are easier to cook after soaking. No need to soak if you cook in a pressure cooker

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add the soaked soybeans, boil on high heat, and simmer on low heat

Scoop out the cooked soybeans and prepare other ingredients

Add seafood soy sauce to the pot

Simmer slowly, about 20 minutes, and cook until there is no froth.
