Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Stewed Pears
1.
Peel the pears and put them in the pot.
2.
Cut the vanilla in half, cut and flatten it and scrape out the vanilla seeds with the back of a knife. Put the seeds and skin into the pot together.
3.
Peel off the yellow part of the lemon (try to take only the yellow part when peeling, the white part will bring a bitter taste).
4.
Pour the lemon zest, cinnamon, cardamom powder, and maple syrup into the pot, and add the topless cold water.
5.
Fill the steamer water tank with water.
6.
Place the pot in the steaming oven, select the steaming function at 100°C, and steam for 90 minutes until the pears become transparent and soft.
7.
Be careful when taking out the pears after they are cooked. The pears are very soft and easy to break.
8.
The chocolate is heated in water and melted into chocolate sauce.
9.
Cut the bottom of the pear flat to stand it up.
10.
Finally, pour an appropriate amount of chocolate sauce on the surface.
Tips:
1. It is recommended to keep the fruit pedicles when peeling. The complete pears are more beautiful on the plate.
2. The amount of water depends on the size of the pot, as long as the water level is higher than the pear.
3. The cooking time of pears needs to be adjusted according to the size of the pears.
