Deep Fried Long Lee Fish Steak
1.
Homemade breadcrumbs: tear the bread into small pieces, put in a baking tray at 150 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes. Put it in a food bag, seal it, and use a rolling pin to crush it. (Bread crumbs can also be bought commercially)
2.
Sprinkle a little salt and white pepper on the Long Lee fish fillet and marinate for 10 minutes. After washing the coriander, drain the water thoroughly (you can use kitchen paper to dip it dry), chop the coriander, and mix with the bread crumbs.
3.
Coat a layer of cornstarch, dust off the excess starch, and then coat it with a layer of egg liquid.
4.
The fish fillet is coated with coriander breadcrumbs.
5.
The filter of the air fryer is coated with vegetable oil.
6.
Add the Long Lee fish steak. Spread vegetable oil evenly on both sides of the fish steak.
7.
Put it in an air fryer at 200 degrees and fry for 15 minutes.
8.
Cut into sections and match with tomato sauce/sweet chili sauce/mayonnaise.
