Delicious Apricot Jam

Wash the apricots and wipe dry the surface moisture

Remove the apricot core

Pour the pitted apricots evenly on the bottom of the pot

Sprinkle a layer of sugar on each layer of apricot

Leave it for 2 hours, the apricots will slowly ooze out of the soup

Simmer slowly on a small fire, stirring from time to time

After simmering for a while, the apricots will produce more soup, continue to stir, and the apricots will become softer and softer (ps: stir frequently)

Slowly simmer it into a puree with a spoon to make it gradually thicker

Put it in the container while it's hot
