Delicious Homemade Fresh Yam Chicken Soup

Ingredients: 250 grams of fresh yam, 3 chicken drumsticks.

Fresh yam washes away the outer skin. Rugged wild yam is not easy to peel. I found that it is easy to peel with steel wire scrubbing. Will not cut too much yam meat.
