Delicious Quick Rice-teriyaki Chicken Drumstick Rice

Fry the eggs in a frying pan to form poached eggs.

Clean asparagus and okra.

Blanch them in boiling water with salt and oil.

Drumsticks are cleaned.

The vegetables are too cold soaked in cold water.

Soak up the moisture with kitchen paper.

Mix the Japanese soy sauce, mirin, and sugar into a sauce.

Add a little oil to the pan, add the chicken legs and fry until golden.

Tips:
1. If there is no Japanese soy sauce, ordinary soy sauce can be used instead, the best is soy sauce: light soy sauce=1:3.
2. Mirin is a bit like cooking wine in Japan, there is no substitute for cooking wine or diluted white wine. 3
