Delicious Salted Duck Egg Fried Rice

Peel the two salted duck eggs and crush them with a spoon, the more crushed the better. Two salted eggs are about the amount of two bowls of rice, which can be increased or decreased as appropriate.

Prepare the raw materials: rice (preferably overnight, so that the fry is more evenly distributed), ham sausage, green onion, and cucumber are diced separately.

Tips:
1. The salted egg must be fried for a while to get the fragrance
2. Don't rush the fried rice, fry the rice for a while to fragrant!
