Dendrobium Duck Soup

Wash the duck meat with boiling water

Wash Dendrobium, lotus seeds and barley
3.
All ingredients are cooked in a pot with cold water
4.
After boiling for about two hours, add salt to taste and turn off the heat.
Tips:
The duck meat should be blanched in boiling water and then washed, and finally seasoned with salt.
