Dendrobium Matsutake Black Chicken Soup-nourishing But Not Dry Health Soup

Wash the black-bone chicken and pork cartilage ribs and blanch them for later use. The pork cartilage ribs are rich in collagen. You can also choose lean meat or ribs in soup according to your preference.

Wash the dendrobium and matsutake, and cut the yam into pieces for later use.
