Di San Xian is a traditional Northeast dish, made of three seasonal fresh ingredients: eggplant, potatoes and green peppers. It is not only in the fresh and strong taste, natural green ingredients, but also in covering the nutrition of a variety of ingredients, so that the three flavors are very common ingredients to make fresh and incomparable dishes.

Di Sanxian

1. Cut potatoes and eggplant into pieces, kill the eggplant with salt after soaking in water, and then squeeze out the water

2. Deep fry the eggplant and potatoes one by one, until golden brown and soft

3. Scallion, ginger, garlic and light soy sauce, stir-fry well

4. Stir the potatoes, eggplants, and green peppers, then add soy sauce

5. Pour some water

6. Add a pinch of salt and sugar

7. Add garlic and coriander and mix well

Tips:

Be sure not to put too much salt, green peppers can also be put early, I can use the pepper instead
