Diced Seasonal Vegetables

One piece of dried tofu, diced

Prepare diced carrots, green beans, corn (I use frozen diced vegetables directly), chopped green onion, diced garlic (divide into two portions), make a sauce with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and pepper

Put the vegetable oil in the pan, saute the garlic, add the dried tofu and stir fry for about 1 minute, add the vegetables, and add a little salt

Add the sauce and boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for about 3 minutes. Open the lid and add the minced garlic and chopped green onion, stir well, add a little water, starch, and thicken it. Serve
