Dongling Bread Maker's Sugar Apple Granules

Before using the new Dongling bread machine, bake it with a small amount of water for 10 minutes to remove the heating tube oil, and then wash the bread bucket and you can use it.

Peel and core the apples and cut them into 0.5cm cubes and put them in a clean, oil-free bowl

Squeeze in half a fresh lemon juice

Pour in granulated sugar, mix well and let stand for 1 hour, there will be water seeping out

Pour the apple and sugar water into the Dongling bread bucket, add 50ML of water

Cover with tin foil to prevent the juice from flying out, close the lid of the bread machine, and activate the jam button. It takes 1 hour and 20 minutes

I took it out in this state. In order to keep it longer, I used a non-stick pan for a few minutes to make the sugar apple diced easy to store. If you don’t make a lot of it, you don’t need to stir-fry, so you can eat it with the best taste

I fry the extra until there is almost no moisture at the end, the color will become darker and crystal clear when let cool
