Double Flavored Cowpeas with Minced Meat

Prepare the raw materials, soak the sour cowpea (the sour cowpea just bought is very salty) and desalt;

Cut the two kinds of cowpeas into 1cm-long dices;

Put "Jiu San" brand soybean oil in the wok, add sliced ginger and garlic cloves and fry until fragrant;

Add the meat and stir-fry until the meat is scattered, add the cooking wine, light soy sauce and dried chili to fry until fragrant;
5.
Add the cut two kinds of diced cowpeas, stir fry, add sugar to taste, pour in a small amount of hot water and simmer for 5 minutes, and the cowpeas are cooked. (I didn’t add any more salt, because sour cowpea is a bit salty)
Tips:
1. Sour cowpea should be soaked in advance to fully desalinate; 2. When frying according to personal taste, try whether to add salt.
