Stir-fried Chicken Gizzards with Sour Cowpeas

Cut the chicken gizzards, put them in the cooking wine and cook to remove the fishy

Sour cowpea cut into small pieces

Garlic sprouts cut into sections
4.
Cut pepper, ginger, garlic and set aside

Chicken gizzards are cooked well over cold water

Add oil to the pot, add ginger, minced garlic and sauté until fragrant

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce

Put in sour cowpea

Tips:
1. Sour cowpea is already salty, so there is no need to add additional salt to this dish.
2. Put the garlic sprouts in the last place, it won't taste good if they are fried
