Dragon Bone Yam Soup

Cut fresh yam and carrot into large pieces

Keel chop big pieces
3.
Take a soup pot and add appropriate amount of water, first put the keel, ginseng and barley, and boil for one hour
4.
One hour later, add fresh yam and carrots
5.
All the ingredients are boiled until the soup is thick and white
6.
Season with salt
Tips:
Fresh yam and carrots are not tolerant of boiling, so I will go next. But if you like it, you can cook together in no particular order.
