Dragon Fruit Ice Cream

Peel the red pitaya and cut the flesh into pieces

Put it into the mixing cup of the wall breaker, turn on the mixing button, and the machine starts to work

Take a large pot and add the right amount of whipped cream

Add the right amount of sugar and lemon juice

Use an electric whisk to beat the whipped cream to about 90%

Squeeze some more lemon juice

Whisk evenly, taste the taste, you can add honey or maple syrup to increase the sweetness

After whipping evenly, put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 2 hours, take it out and whipped again

For convenience, I divided it into small cups

Put it in the refrigerator and freeze overnight
Tips:
My recipe is purely for my own consumption of whipped cream. The finished cream is full of flavor, and I feel a little greasy!
