Ice cream is most suitable for hot summer. Ever since I made baking, the refrigerator is full of ingredients. I always feel that the refrigerator is too small and not enough. Dragon Fruit Ice Cream

1. All materials are ready

2. French Baker Ice Cream Mould

3. Milk, egg yolk and vanilla sugar, mix well first

4. Place the ceramic stove on a small fire and keep stirring to about 80 degrees

5. Let cool for later

Tips:

1. My vanilla sugar is made of caster sugar and vanilla seeds mixed together for a period of time
2. If you don't have vanilla sugar, you can use fine sugar
