Dragon Fruit Jam

Peel the dragon fruit.

Cut the pulp into pieces.

Tips:
1. Use a non-stick pan to boil the jam. Stir frequently a few times to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat immediately when it is thick.
