Dried Fruit
1.
Remove the stalks of the dried persimmons and wash away the hoarfrost.
2.
Tear the dried persimmons into small pieces, put them in a bowl together with the washed dried apricots and raisins, pour in warm water and soak until thick.
3.
Pour all the ingredients into the pot with water and boil for 40 minutes on slow heat.
4.
Peel off the skin and two pedicles of the lotus root, rinse with water and cut into thin slices.
5.
Put the lotus root slices and rock sugar in the pot and continue to cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
6.
The cooked fruits are dried and allowed to cool, then put in the refrigerator to cool down.
7.
Pour the iced dried fruits into a bowl, drizzle a little sugar and osmanthus to enjoy.
Tips:
1. Add enough water at one time to avoid adding water twice during the cooking process.
2. Because the cooking time is longer, you can choose to make more dried fruits at a time, and then store them in the refrigerator, and take them as you eat.
