Dried Sweet Potato
1.
Sweet potatoes do not need to be peeled, but they have to be scrubbed clean;
2.
Larger sweet potatoes can be cut in half;
3.
Put the steaming net on the rice cooker and pour 600ml of water; put the sweet potatoes on the steaming net;
4.
Close the lid and start the "steamed vegetables" program for 25 minutes;
5.
When the time is over, the sweet potato is also steamed; let it cool and the skin of the sweet potato will be easily torn off;
6.
Cut the sweet potato into strips of uniform thickness;
7.
Then put the sweet potato into the dryer; my dryer has 4 layers, all of which are full; but don't overlap them, otherwise it will not be easy to cook;
8.
The temperature of the dryer was set to 70°C and the time was 4 hours; I initially set it for 10 hours, but after 4 hours, I ate a bit and found that the hardness was just right and the taste was good. The baking time should not be too long, otherwise you won’t be able to bite;
9.
[Dried sweet potatoes] When it’s done, it can be eaten out of the oven; the excess dried sweet potatoes are packed in food bags and can be kept at room temperature for about 5 days; my dried sweet potatoes will be eaten 2-3 days after they are out of the oven, so they can be preserved. How long is it up to you! ~o(╯□╰)o~
Tips:
1. The sweet potatoes have been steamed before baking, so you can bake them to the softness and hardness you like; but don't be too hard, otherwise they won't bite;
