Sweet Potato and Red Date Soup
1.
I choose a large sweet potato. I also use a large red date for red dates. If the size is small, you can increase the amount appropriately.
2.
Peel the big sweet potatoes and cut into hob pieces
3.
Cut the red dates in half and remove the red date cores
4.
Wash ginger and slice it
5.
Put all the ingredients into the pressure cooker, add water, the water should be higher than the surface of the ingredients
6.
Cover the pressure cooker, cook until the pressure rises, and then cook for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, and wait until the gas is naturally deflated.
Tips:
Using a pressure cooker is simple and easy to operate, which can reduce the production time. You can also use a general boiling pot without a pressure cooker, and cook until the sweet potatoes are soft and rotten.
After being out of the pot, you can add brown sugar to eat according to personal preference for better taste.
