Egg Yolk Sweet Potato Chunks

I use yellow fleshy sweet potato, peeled and washed

Use a tool to cut the sweet potato into slices about half a centimeter thick

Heat the oil in the wok. When the oil is 50 minutes hot, add the sweet potato pieces and fry it until you can poke the head with chopsticks.

Tips:
Don't cut the sweet potato pieces too thinly, they will become soft and thin after being deep-fried, don't over-fry them, just deep-fry them.
The duck egg yolk needs to be cooked and the salted duck egg is peeled first to be delicious.
