Dried Vegetable Pork Bone Soup

Boil the big bones of pigs and wash them for later use

Wash the dried cabbage with water and soak it in water overnight to make the dried cabbage soft and taste. Don't pour the soaked water, save it for use.

To prepare the washed pork bones, put the pork bones in the pot, then add dried cabbage, ginger slices, candied dates and 3000 ml of water (including dried kimchi)

Bring to a boil, use a spoon to skim the foam from the boiled pork bones, cover the pot and turn to low heat for 2 hours

After boiling, add the right amount of salt.
